This may include the complete restoration of a chair, from dismantling to constructing new joints or replacing new components and reassembling. During restoration of a period chest of drawers, commonly found problems may be stablising the carcass, replacing drawer runners or applying patches to any missing sections of veneer.

Finishing / French Polishing
There are a wide variety of finishes on items of furniture, all can be determined by close examination we can offer a selection of traditional and modern finishes in keeping with the integrity of each piece. Our services include a complete re polish, the removal of water marks scratches. Colouring out any unsightly discrepancies.
Re-upholstery
Complete upholstery on both modern and traditional furniture, including sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, in leather & fabric. This may include drop-ins seats, a victorian button back to an eames chair.
Gilding
Both oil and water gilding are undertaken, specifically on frames and furniture.
